At 22 years of age, Had experienced a severe traumatic brain injury (TBI) as a result of a car accident. Many millions worldwide share this condition. He's found peace and equanimity through mindfulness and meditation practice.
In 2010, Had realized that he had something worth devoting his life to for the TBI community — teaching mindfulness to others suffering similarly. Thus, the "Gold Mind Meditation Project" began.
